Kellee Buhler has, since 1993, been one of Manhattan’s top Real Estate Professionals, joining the Halstead Property, LLC team in 1996. Pre-real estate Kellee honed her customer service and marketing skills in both retail and hotel managemen positions throughout the world. She is a committed and passionate full time professional who puts her clients satisfaction above all else.

Experienced in selling both condo’s and co-ops throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn, Kellee specializes selling in Downtown Manhattan (below 34th street), specifically condominiums and new construction. Her customers include investors, relocated individuals, and many successful professionals. With an unparalleled knowledge of downtown’s neighborhoods, buildings, and boards, Kellee works closely with all her clients who require her insight into current inventory and trends, often pinpointing the next “hot” neighborhood before it’s too late.

Known for her attention to detail, patience, intense dedication, keen negotiating skills, and a great sense of humor. On a professional level, Kellee was invited by her peers to sit on The Real Estate Board of New York’s prestigious Sales Council where she heads up a subcommittee on New Development and also acts as a liaison for the Downtown Committee. As a member of REBNY, Kellee is held to a strict code of ethics, and is up to daon the latest technology and trends in the industry.

Having lived in Manhattan since attending NYU, in her spare time Kellee enjoys all the city has to offer including the theater, dining out, and cheering on the Mets (sorry Yankee fans!) She also enjoys traveling and is an active volunteer with NY Cares.
